Pocket Portals is an Android puzzle game for ages 13 and over. This policy explains the Android game and its purchase-verification and support service.
Who operates the game

Game progress and preferences
Levels, stars, earned coins, sound preferences, tutorial progress and recent game events are stored on your device. The game has no player account, social features, chat, contacts access or precise location permission. Your device may back up game progress through Android backup. Purchase ownership and ad-consent preferences are excluded from that backup and are checked again on another device.
Age range
The game asks for an age range, not a date of birth. The range is stored locally and used to configure age-appropriate advertising and consent. Players selecting under 13 cannot continue. Change your range from Shop → Age range.
Advertising and privacy choices
Free play can include Google AdMob ads. Rewarded ads are optional and provide coins only after a reward is confirmed. Premium removes ads. Google’s advertising and consent SDKs may process device or advertising identifiers, IP address and approximate location, app interactions, diagnostics and ad-performance data. Processing and personalization depend on your region, age range, device settings and choices. Where required, the game presents Google’s consent form; Shop → Privacy choices lets you reopen available choices.

Purchases
Google Play processes payment for one-time world unlocks, All Worlds and Premium. We do not receive your card number or bank details. To verify and restore purchases, the game sends the product ID, purchase token, signed Google receipt and receipt signature over HTTPS to our verification service. The service checks the purchase with Google and acknowledges valid purchases. It keeps a hashed token reference, product ID, purchase status and verification times to prevent duplicate grants and support restoration and revocation. Raw tokens and signed receipts are processed for verification rather than stored in the purchase ledger. Google retains its own purchase records.
Paid access is checked when the app comes online. A verified local entitlement can remain available offline for up to seven days before another check is needed. Clearing app data removes local progress and earned coins; eligible purchases can be restored using the same Google Play account.
Hosting and security
The support and verification service runs on OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. These providers process network information needed to deliver and secure requests. Our service uses temporary hashed network references for rate limiting; application responses and logs do not include purchase tokens, receipts or private keys. Data travels over HTTPS. No independent third-party analytics SDK is included in the game.
Retention and requests
Local game data remains until you clear it or uninstall. Purchase ledger references remain while needed to validate entitlements, investigate payment problems and prevent fraud, unless a valid deletion request or legal requirement applies. Temporary rate-limit references expire after a few minutes. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information we can identify as yours. Include the app name and a relevant Google Play order reference if your request concerns a purchase; do not send passwords, payment-card details or private purchase tokens.
